Dude you are the best! Every other video about unlocking iPhones where mostly bullocks, some were good(ZiPhone ones) but still never showed the full procedure including unboxing and connecting to iTunes, thanks alot man you rock !

My iPhone is brand new, bought from the store 2 weeks ago and sent to me last week, supposed to get here tom, all I know is that if it's not 1.1.4 I will have to downgrade it to 1.1.4, if that doesn't work or I am not able to downgrade it then I guess i'll have to wait for zibri to release the new jailbreak for 2.0

If you have the problem where your iPhone is stuck in "Recovery Mode" (like me) it is because you are running iTunes 8. I compared what i was doing to what he was doing, and i never get the option for it to say "Let's Get Started" or otherwise known as "Let's Activate this iPhone" on iTunes. older versions of iTunes work 7.6 and below, yet iTunes 8 WILL NOT WORK.

Thank you soooo much, dude!! I had my unlocked iphone mess up about 2 weeks ago- n I've been watching all kinds of videos and googling all type of stuff to get it functioning again- ur video walked me through it and my iphone is totally working again!! It's been in emergency call only mode for a couple of weeks- I've been soo stressed!! But thanks to ur video and ONLY ur video- my iphone up and running again. Restore ur ipod from itunes. ziphone only works with versions 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4 not the 2.0s
