Trampolines are good because they help the lymph nodes circulate impurities which could be associated with cancer especially breast cancer. It is also good to wear bras that do not have metal or boning in them--clogs lymphs. Ofcourse if you are going to work or some formal event you don't want to be flapping. Otherwise soft and sports bras etc are a girls best friend
