I think that when Sandman explains how he accidently killed Uncle Ben in Spider - Man 3 should be in this list. Also, I think you should have replaced the funeral scene in Daredevil, with the scene where Elektra dies at the hands of Bullseye. This is also from Daredevil. This is just my opinion. GREAT VIDEO!

It's all about RDJ in that scene. It's by far the most well acted moment in the entire movie. He has about 3 brief lines and communicates everything he needs to 'say' to Yensin through his reaction and expression. I watered up the first time I saw it, I'll admit.
Another good scene is when he's trying to persuade Pepper to help him get the data from the facility. The dialogue was kinda corny, but RDJ pulls it off fantastically. Likewise, the scene where Pepper changes the device in his chest.
